01 Video Messages began trading in Luton in 2025, run by Nadia and Tom Karim after years of making informal supplier and customer films for family businesses in Bedfordshire.
02 The studio is new, but the practical habits come from Nadia’s parents’ old photo-transfer and duplication counter on Dunstable Road, where tapes, receipts and customer names were logged by hand for decades.
03 Minimum booked job is £875 + VAT. Travel within 35 miles of Luton Town Hall is included. Raw footage is not supplied as standard.
