Six common uses, chosen before filming so the edit has somewhere useful to land.

Choose The Job The Film Has To Do

A customer testimonial for a home page is not the same object as a film sent after a difficult sales meeting. We file each brief by use, then keep the interview short enough for that use.

Owner Note

Nadia Karim on keeping the room quiet.

Short Because Trust Has A Short Fuse

Nadia keeps testimonial films short because the good part is rarely the polished first sentence. It is the moment after the customer has stopped trying to be helpful and starts remembering the actual problem they had. Nervous customers are often best because they do not perform. Once the room goes quiet, they look away from the camera, think about the job, and give a sentence a sales team could never write without making it worse.

That is the reason Video Messages avoids fake testimonials, scripts that put words in a customer’s mouth, and anything that feels like an advert dressed as evidence.
