The minimum booked job is £875 + VAT. A 50% deposit books the date and the balance is due before final downloadable files are released.

Travel And Deposit
Travel
Travel within 35 miles of Luton Town Hall is included. Beyond that, travel is charged at 65p per mile. Most jobs are capped at 75 miles from Luton unless agreed in writing.
Common covered towns include Dunstable, St Albans, Milton Keynes, Hitchin, Bedford and Hemel Hempstead.
Deposit
A 50% deposit books the filming date. The balance is due before final downloadable files are released. Final delivery is usually 2 to 3 working days after one consolidated set of notes.
Saturday filming can be booked by prior arrangement from 10:00am to 2:00pm.
Not Included
- 01 Actors pretending to be customers, fake testimonials or paid scripts that put words in a customer’s mouth.
- 02 Location hire, customer incentives or payments to persuade someone to appear.
- 03 Weddings, parties, music videos or event coverage where the brief is to capture everything that happens.
- 04 Heavy animation or complex motion graphics.
- 05 Raw footage as standard. Finished MP4 files are supplied in the agreed formats.
